Lawrence Cunningham

Lawrence Cunningham is the Director of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware.  A prolific and impactful author, corporate director and business lawyer, the National Association of Corporate Directors has recognized Cunningham as among “the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom" and in 2018 awarded him its annual Lifetime Achievement Award in Corporate Governance.
