Kevin Milligan

Kevin Milligan is Professor and Director of the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia, and Research Associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research. He has published over 100 chapters and articles on the economics of taxation, families, pensions, and wellbeing. Since 2011, he has served as an Editor of the Canadian Tax Journal.
