Jan Polański, PhD is an Antitrust Policy Advisor at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). He provides counsel to the agency on legal and policy issues related to anticompetitive agreements, unilateral conduct, leniency, and dawn raids. He also represents the authority within the European Competition Network (ECN) and at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
