Florence G’sell is a professor of private law at the University of Lorraine (France) and co-holds the Sciences Po Chair Digital Governance and Sovereignty. Although originally specialized in tort law, she now writes mainly on issues related to law and technology, such as how artificial intelligence and Big Data are transforming the law and the judicial system, and the regulation of major technology players. She recently edited « Le Big Data et le Droit » (Dalloz, 2020).
