Doron Levit is Marion B. Ingersoll Endowed Professor of Finance and Business Economics at the Foster School of Business - University of Washington. His research interests are in Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Finance. He holds a PhD in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and he taught for 10 years at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
