Colleen Honigsberg

Colleen Honigsberg is Associate Dean of Curriculum and Professor of Law at Stanford Law School, where her research is focused on the empirical study of corporate and securities law. Prior to joining the faculty in 2016, Professor Honigsberg received her Ph.D. from Columbia Business School and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Investor Advisory Committee and on the Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group at the Public Company Accounting Board.
